Registration is now open for the 40th annual meeting!
Physician registration ($700) includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception for registrant and one guest, and one clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to bring guests to the clambake: guest tickets for the clambake dinner can be purchased in advance of the meeting via the event registration site.
Three levels of corporate sponsorship are available this year, all of which include participation in the welcome reception, meeting, and clambake for one to four representatives, depending on sponsorship level. Premier Sponsors and Participating Corporate Partners also receive a 10- or 15-minute presentation opportunity and increased brand visibility.

Important: To qualify for this ticket type, individuals will have to provide the name of their current training program and potential focus area(s) for their presentation.
Tickets for adult guests (15+) and younger guests who want lobster are $200 per person. Youth tickets for kids (14 and under) who don't want lobster are $50 per person.
If your child(ren) will be eating lobster, please be sure to purchase the standard/adult guest ticket. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the event registration site so the caterer has an accurate lobster count.
